My main research interest is IS project management and my publications can be divided into the following five areas:

1. Strategic IS program management
2. IS service quality management
3. User-IS partnership
4. IS team composition and coordination
5. IS personnel career management

Preferred Methodologies:

My training was statistics and I feel most at home with multivariate analysis methods.  Along with standard survey, I have also used the following methods in my prior work:  time series, panel data analysis, social network analysis, and mathematical modeling.
