My interests are in strategic and
organizational impacts of
information systems. I have conducted studies on the impacts of
information systems and technologies in healthcare at the
organizational and
business process level. My research has utilized archival and
survey-based
data as well as action research. I am also interested in examining
the
role of theory in information systems research. I
am open to positivist and interpretive research
methods.
