Research Interests:

My research interests include information systems development and software process management.  I also have a strong interest in IT strategy, project management, lean and agile business and development, and in the development of Internet applications.  I focus on organizational and managerial issues.  I primarily use qualitative research methods, and have done case studies, action research, grounded theory, and ethnography.
