The main focus of my research is on the impact of information technology (IT) on organizations, markets, and communities.  Over the past years, I have focused my research activities on these four streams:

  • Strategic and business value of IT
  • IT outsourcing
  • Market transparency of electronic markets
  • Stability and efficiency of online communities
Preferred Methods:
  • Quantitative analysis (multivariate and time series)
  • Social network analysis
  • Event study
