Research Interests
I mostly do behavior research at the individual and group level. My main interests are in these areas:
IT project
- Identifying factors that affect partnership developments, such as domain and cross-domain knowledge, trust, and knowledge transfer
- Understanding the role of project managers’ knowledge and personality in the context of outsourcing
IT use
- Examining how decisions of adoption and post-adoption are affected by users’ knowledge and emotions
Virtual teams/online communities
- Identifying how social media features affect consumers’ online behavior
- Understanding How passion affects teams processes and outcomes
- Identifying the role of shared mental models in team knowledge integration
IS Strategy
- Role of the board of directors, alignment with business strategy, CEO and CIO heterogeneity
