Research Background and Interests:

Most of my research is focused on organizational change phenomena, often examining the consequences (expected or not) associated with the implementation and use of information systems/technologies in work settings. I am also currently very invested in the role played by IS/IT in supporting environmental sustainability.

Methodological Interests:

Most of my research is now qualitative, with a special appreciation for grounded theory and case studies. I am particularly interested in research conducted within the interpretive framework, along with research that is inductive in nature.
