Research Background and Interests

I have been doing behavioral research in technology acceptnace/adoption/implementation in the past 20 years using (mainly) surveys and experiments. I am interested in this issue not just at the individual but also at the organizational level, with both “ordinary” and “professional” users in both traditional business environments and the Internet/e-commerce environment, using technologies of all kinds.
